We had a great experience at Now Onyx with a beautiful beachfront location and excellent service from the staff. The rooms were modern and well-kept, but the dining options left a lot to be desired—particularly with some meals being cold or bland. Overall, it was worth the stay, but improvements in the dining area could elevate the experience significantly.
The resort is absolutely stunning with immaculate facilities and amenities. Our stay was highlighted by exceptional service, especially from our butler who made all the difference. While the dining experience could be chaotic at peak times and some food options were not perfect for dietary restrictions, the beach and pool areas were heavenly. Overall, it offers great value for money with its luxurious atmosphere.
We had a fantastic time at this resort. The adults-only preferred swim-up room was perfect for relaxing, with excellent access to the adult pool. Our butler, Danilo, truly made our stay memorable, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. While the overall experience was amazing, the buffet dining was a bit of a letdown. Still, the variety of amenities and activities available made it a great vacation overall.
I spent a delightful week at the hotel, where the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and beautiful surroundings truly enhanced our experience. I particularly enjoyed the attentive service from our butler, who made us feel like family. While we loved the amenities and the beach, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with some dishes being lukewarm. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and pools, but I did notice longer wait times at the restaurants, which could be improved.
The hotel's grounds are beautiful, with lovely pools and a great beach. Most of the staff are attentive and friendly, especially those at the beach bar and buffet. However, the rooms leave much to be desired as they are dated and not very clean, which is concerning for families. While the food options are decent, they could be better. Overall, it was a nice holiday thanks to the staff, but I wouldn't return due to the room conditions.
